Sean McKelvey, PCC (ICF), is a coach and trainer who helps executive leaders, ministry leaders, and missionaries, develop stronger leadership, gain clarity, and navigate transitions with wise, actionable next steps. Since 2019, Sean has completed 750+ coaching hours with 100+ clients, supporting leaders across the U.S. and around the world—including Kenya, Uganda, Nigeria, Tanzania, Indonesia, Thailand, and the U.K. (Scotland, Ireland, and England). Trained through the Professional Christian Coaching Institute, Sean integrates proven tools with a deeply values-centered approach. He is certified in CliftonStrengths and Prepare/Enrich, which allows him to coach both individual leadership growth and relationship dynamics when needed. He has also facilitated dozens of workshops and supported organizations such as The Navigators and Launch Global. Sean coaches because he loves seeing people transformed—walking away with renewed vision, clear direction, and a stronger understanding of how God has uniquely shaped them to lead.

Dr. Stanley J. Ward, MDiv, PhD, PCC, is an executive coach serving Christian leaders who want to lead faithfully without burning out. He helps executives navigate conflict, manage stress, and strengthen communication in high-stakes environments. Stan holds a PhD in Leadership Studies and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation. With approximately 2,000 hours of coaching experience across aerospace, automotive sales, higher education, and landscape architecture, he brings both academic rigor and real-world perspective. He works with Christian leaders to resolve the conflicts they avoid and say the things they’ve been postponing — strengthening both their leadership and their integrity.

Michael Pfau, M.Ed., PCC is a seasoned life, leadership, and executive coach with more than 5,000 hours of coaching experience supporting leaders through complex professional and life transitions. He is the founder of Crossways Life Coaching, LLC, where he partners with executives, professionals, and organizations to cultivate clarity, resilience, and purpose through a strengths-based, neuroscience-informed coaching approach. Michael is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation. Prior to his full-time coaching career, Michael held senior I.T. and project management positions with several Fortune 500 companies, including Johnson Controls/Tyco, Chubb Insurance, and Lincoln Financial Group. This extensive corporate background enables him to coach leaders with a practical understanding of organizational dynamics, executive pressure, and the realities of leading within complex systems. In addition to his client work, Michael has provided more than 1,700 hours of mentor coaching to professionals pursuing ICF credentials and serves on faculty with the Professional Christian Coaching Institute (PCCI). Grounded in Christian faith and informed by decades of leadership and coaching experience, Michael is especially passionate about helping leaders bring their authentic Christian self to work with integrity, wisdom, and courage.

Cherlyn Decker is an executive coach who helps Christian leaders integrate faith and leadership with clarity, confidence, and integrity. With 20+ years in senior corporate and advisory roles, she brings deep experience in high-stakes, secular environments. Cherlyn is a PCC-certified coach who has delivered more than 2,000 hours of executive coaching. Her work aligns with the At Emmaus mission of forming leaders who are both excellent executives and authentic beacons for Christ—leading from identity rather than performance.

Amy I. Miller is a Certified Executive and Leadership Coach who partners with leaders to grow their effectiveness, navigate challenges, and lead in a way that reflects who they truly are. She blends emotional intelligence and strengths-based development to help leaders build stronger relationships, make thoughtful decisions, and achieve meaningful results. As a Certified Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i 2.0 / EQ 360) assessor and Certified Strengths Champion Coach, Amy uses assessments and reflective frameworks to help leaders gain insight, overcome obstacles, and turn understanding into lasting growth. She coaches with a joy-filled presence and connected insight, helping leaders lead with heart, embrace adaptability, and realize their potential. Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, Entrepreneurship, and International Studies from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a Certified Professional Christian Coach (CPCC) with CCNI.

Jana Cardona's areas of focus include coaching, speaking, workshop facilitation, and consulting. She has developed these areas of expertise through many different experiences including serving alongside her husband in ministry for 29 years, being involved with sales and training with a direct sales company, operating two franchises with BNI for 21 years, and earning certifications as a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, an ICF coach, Working Genius Facilitator, and Emotional Intelligence certification. Some of her focuses include training on relationship building, designing targeted referral marketing plans, effective networking techniques, leadership development, teamwork, delivering clear communication, employee engagement, and identifying and utilizing your personal, God-given Talent DNA. As a member of Toastmasters, she earned the Distinguished Toastmaster Award. After selling her franchise, she founded Designed For Success. In 2025, she also became a licensed partner and coach with Kingdom Factor, building Peer Advisory Groups of business owners who are Christ followers.
